A blog for 40-something women navigating married life and working from home. All while rediscovering who they are in a new decade of life.

Who I Am

Day 30- Who are you?

I did a pretty good job of describing myself on the About Me page. Here is a little bit of what I wrote:

I am a geeky shopaholic, who is moody, socially awkward, stubborn, funny, (though not always intentionally), and a bit of a dreamer. I have a short attention span and deep-rooted fear of commitment; it’s possible that the two are somehow related. I believe Harry Potter and Lord of the Rings are more than just books; they are a way of life. I actually enjoy crappy sci-fi movies. I would rather be reading or on the computer than doing anything else, except for traveling. I am always right. I am afraid to do a lot of things, but I do them anyway, just to prove to myself that I am not a coward. I don’t consider myself a feminist, but it makes me mad to be told I can’t do something because I am a girl. I think sleep is a waste of time. I don’t think I’m better than other people, but when people continuously act like idiots, it really makes it hard not to. I would most likely be sorted into Hufflepuff.

Well, this is it! The very last post of the 30 day challenge and I did it! I posted every single day! I am very proud of myself for seeing this challenge through to the end. Now, it is back to regular blogging. I will probably take the weekend off, unless I decide to do Sunday Stealing, and be back Monday.

So, see you then!
